MVP (Minimum Viable Product).

The smallest version of your product that delivers real value and lets you learn from actual users.

An MVP is the leanest build that still solves a real problem for real users. The goal isn't to ship something half-finished. The goal is to ship the smallest thing that proves whether your idea works, before you spend a year and a fortune building features nobody asked for.

A good MVP does one thing well. You pick the single most important problem, build a polished solution to just that, and put it in front of users. What they do next, whether they sign up, pay, come back, or leave, tells you more than any amount of planning could.

The common mistake is confusing 'minimum' with 'low quality'. An MVP should feel finished within its narrow scope. It's the breadth that's minimal, not the craft.
