Common questions

Does SkyDot work offline / in Airplane Mode?

Yes. SkyDot tracks your flight using your device’s GPS entirely on-device, so it keeps working with no signal at altitude. Just keep Location switched on.

Why does the app ask for background location?

To detect when your flight lands and send you an arrival notification. Your location is processed on-device and never leaves your phone.

How do I manage or cancel my subscription?

Subscriptions are billed by Apple (App Store) or Google (Play Store). Manage or cancel them in your device’s store account settings. We can’t process store refunds directly.

How do I restore a purchase?

Open SkyDot, then go to Settings / Paywall → Restore Purchases.

How do I delete my account or data?

You can delete your account and synced data in-app via Settings, or email us at evolvera.technologies@gmail.com. See the Privacy Policy for full details.
