1. Acceptance
By downloading or using Calcvera you accept these terms. If you use Calcvera on an Apple device, Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement (Standard EULA) also applies, and these terms add to it.
2. The app
Calcvera is a calculator suite and personal expense tracker made by Evolvera Technologies.
3. Not financial advice
Results from the calculators, currency rates, insights, spending projections and receipt reading are estimates, provided for information only. Check any figure that matters before you rely on it. We are not liable for decisions you make using them.
4. Calcvera Pro
Calcvera Pro is available as a monthly or yearly auto-renewing subscription, or as a one-time lifetime purchase.
- Payment is charged to your App Store or Google Play account when you confirm the purchase.
- A subscription renews automatically unless you cancel it at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. The renewal is charged within the 24 hours before the period ends.
- You can manage or cancel your subscription in your App Store or Google Play account settings.
- If you buy a subscription during a free trial, any unused part of the trial is forfeited.
- Refunds are handled by Apple or Google under their own refund policies.
5. Your data
Your data is stored on your device, and you are responsible for keeping your own backups. Our Privacy Policy explains what leaves your phone and why.
6. Acceptable use
Don't reverse engineer, decompile or modify the app, and don't use it in a way that breaks the law or harms the app, its services or other people.
7. Disclaimer and limitation of liability
Calcvera is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, to the maximum extent the law allows. To the same extent, Evolvera Technologies is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising from your use of the app.
8. Changes
We may update these terms. When we do, we will change the effective date at the top of this page.
