Calcvera is a calculator suite with an expense tracker. It has no account and no Calcvera server. This policy explains exactly what leaves your phone and why.
What stays on your phone
- Your expenses, budgets, categories, calculator history, favourites and settings are stored only on your device.
- Backups are files you create and keep yourself. We never receive them.
- Calcvera has no analytics, no crash reporting service and no tracking of its own.
Receipt scanning and the camera
When you scan a receipt, the camera image is read on your device (Apple Vision on iPhone, Google ML Kit on Android). The photo is not uploaded and is not kept after the expense is filled in. Google ML Kit may send anonymous performance metrics to Google.

Calcvera Pro users never load the ad SDK.
Your choices
- Tap “Not now” on the ads prompt, or buy Pro, and no ads or ad SDK are loaded.
- Reset your advertising ID or limit ad tracking in your phone’s settings.
- Deleting the app removes all Calcvera data from your phone.
Children
Calcvera is not directed at children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect their data.
Changes
If this policy changes, we will update this page and the effective date above.
