SkyDot Terms & Conditions.

These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of SkyDot(“the app”), a flight-tracking travel companion app for Android and iOS published by Evolvera Technologies(“we”, “us”, “our”).

By downloading, accessing, or using SkyDot, you agree to be bound by these Terms and by our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

Subject to these Terms, we grant you a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download and use SkyDot on devices you own or control, for your own personal, non-commercial use.

This license does not transfer any ownership of the app to you. All rights not expressly granted are reserved by Evolvera Technologies.

Some features require an account. You sign in using Google Sign-In. You are responsible for activity that happens under your account and for keeping your Google credentials secure.

You can delete your account at any time directly in the app (in Settings / Profile). Deleting your account permanently removes your account, profile, and synced flight history. See the Privacy Policy for full details.

SkyDot is free to use with ads, and offers optional paid upgrades:

• Premium Monthly — $2.99 per month, an auto-renewing subscription billed through Google Play or the Apple App Store.
• Premium Annual — $12.99 per year, an auto-renewing subscription billed through Google Play or the Apple App Store.
• Lifetime — $49.99, a one-time purchase that unlocks the app permanently, including future updates.
• Free tier — limited to 2 trip saves per day, with optional rewarded ads, and is supported by advertising.

Auto-renewal. Premium Monthly and Premium Annual automatically renew at the end of each billing period (monthly or yearly, respectively) unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the current period ends. Your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours before the current period ends.

Cancellation. You manage and cancel subscriptions through your store account — Google Play (Android) or Apple App Store / Settings (iOS) — not through us. Cancelling stops future renewals; you keep access until the end of the current paid period.

Billing & refunds. All payments, billing, and refunds are handled by the store you purchased through (Google or Apple) under their respective policies. We do not process payments and cannot issue store refunds directly. Prices may vary by region and may change; any change applies to future billing periods.

The free tier of SkyDot is supported by advertising served through Google AdMob, including rewarded ads you can choose to watch in exchange for in-app benefits. Purchasing a paid upgrade removes ads. How advertising data is handled is described in our Privacy Policy.

You agree that you will not:

• Use the app for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any law;
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, disassemble, or attempt to extract the source code of the app, except where permitted by law;
• Copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of the app or its content;
• Interfere with, disrupt, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to the app, our servers, or related systems;
• Use the app to harass, abuse, or harm others, or to circumvent usage limits or security measures.

SkyDot is provided for informational and entertainment purposes only. It is NOT a certified aviation, navigation, or safety tool.

Flight data, positions, routes, and times shown in the app are estimates drawn from third-party sources and may be inaccurate, delayed, or incomplete. SkyDot must not be relied upon for actual flight navigation, for operational or aviation decisions, or in any emergency. Always rely on official airline, airport, and aviation-authority information for anything that matters.

The app is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the app will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or that flight data will be accurate or available.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Evolvera Technologies and its team will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, profits, or goodwill, arising out of or relating to your use of (or inability to use) SkyDot — including any reliance on flight data.

To the extent any liability cannot be excluded, our total liability to you for all claims relating to the app is limited to the amount you paid us for the app in the 12 months before the claim, or, if you used the free tier, to a nominal amount. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so some of the above may not apply to you.

The app, its design, branding, logos, text, graphics, and all related content are owned by Evolvera Technologiesor its licensors and are protected by intellectual-property laws. The “SkyDot” and “Evolvera Technologies” names and marks may not be used without our prior written permission.

You may stop using the app at any time and delete your account in the app. We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms or use the app in a way that could cause harm or legal liability. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (such as disclaimers, limitation of liability, and intellectual property) will continue to apply.

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the “Last updated” date above and, where appropriate, notify you in the app. Your continued use of SkyDot after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Your use of the app may also be subject to the terms of the app store you downloaded it from (Google Play or the Apple App Store).
