UI / UX.

UI is how a product looks; UX is how it feels to use. Together they shape the whole experience.

UI (user interface) is the visual layer — the colors, typography, buttons, and layout. UX (user experience) is the broader feel — how easy, intuitive, and pleasant the product is to actually use. A product can look beautiful (good UI) yet be confusing to use (bad UX), or vice versa.

Both matter because they directly affect whether people stick around. Confusing flows lose users before they ever reach the value; clean, considered design builds the trust that turns a visitor into a customer.

Strong UI/UX comes from understanding how people really use a product, not from decoration. The best design is often invisible — users just get what they came for without friction.
